Account Verification

According to the NBA regulations and to ensure that you continue to have full access to all account functions without any interruption, we are required to confirm that:

  • the information in your account is correct and valid
  • your account is verified

We would kindly ask you to spend a few minutes logging in to your Account to check these details and confirm that they are correct and valid. If any of your information, such as your name or address is incorrect and / or in force, please contact Customer support to make any necessary changes.

Once you've completed the update process, you'll need to complete the process of verifying your account (if you have completed the verification process in the past, it does not need to be repeated). For the verification process to be completed all deposits methods used must be verified.

To complete the verification process, you'll need to visit “My Account”, then "Account verification" and "Upload Documents" section and upload the following documents (photographed or scanned):

  • Colored copy of both sides of your identity card or passport or driving license
  • A colored copy of a recent (last three months) official document stating your full name and address (e.g. water or electricity bill or bank statement)
  • A clear copy (preferably photo) of the front side of your credit/debit card (s), with clear visibility of the last 4 digits of your card’s number, expiration date and the card holder's name. Please ensure that the rest of the digits are hidden.
  • If the transaction was made with an electronic wallet (Skrill, Neteller) the transaction receipt showing the account number and the relevant transaction to winmasters. Ιf the transaction was made with “MyPasafe account”, a screenshot showing Paysafe account ID and the relevant transaction to winmasters.
  • Note: all files must be in the form of jpg, png or pdf, and their size should not exceed 4MB.

Important: please note that according to the NBA regulations, the above verification process will need to be completed within 30 days post your registration date.

Once you have added all the requested documents, click “Submit all”. Your documents will automatically be uploaded and you’ll see the status of each one separately.

Please note that when and if requested, you may need to provide additional information about the documentation you have already submitted for the deposits you made in your Account or information/data required by us or other 3rd parties (including without limitation to auditors, regulation bodies etc.).

In addition, our company reserves the right, where it deems necessary, to perform a customer verification via a video call.
